Return and Refund Policy

 

At Nalmè, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order: 


1. No Cancellations: Once an order is placed, changes / cancellations are not permitted. This is applicable for orders including additional services such as falls, pico, tassels and blouse stitching too.

2. Package Opening Video Required: A clear, uncut video of the package being opened and showing the damage/ wrong product/ missing items is mandatory for any claim and has to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the package. Any claim without the video will strictly not be accepted. 

3. Exchange Only:  Exchanges are applicable only for damaged or wrong products, subject to verification. The product will be replaced in case of availability of the same, otherwise store credit will be issued for the value of the item which has to be redeemed within 30 days. We do not offer refunds. This is not applicable for products with additional service in any case.

4. Non-Returnable Conditions: Every product is double checked for quality, so receiving a damaged product is highly unlikely. The following are not considered damage and are not eligible for exchange: 

   - Weaving / colour dyeing uncertainties, irregularities or variations inherent to the process of human-made.  

   - Color variations due to camera, lighting, or screen settings. 

   - Issues arising from customer-specific preferences or particularities. 

5. No returns/exchanges are accepted in any case for designer saree blouses and the sarees/products that are bought with additional services (such as falls, pico/zigzag, tassels or blouse stitching), bought on sale, discounts or special offers.

How to Request an Exchange: 

- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details. Uncut package opening video is a must to take the issue forward. Any attempt to recreate the opening video or editing the video to make it look genuine will not be considered.

- Our team will review your claim and respond within the next 24-48 hours.
