At Nalmè, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy:
Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders within India.
Delivery Timeframe: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 working days. Delivery times vary depending on location, but most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.
Express Shipping : Provided at an additional cost which will be delivered within 3-5 working days. This service is applicable only for products in stock. Not applicable for Designer blouses and pre-orders.
Instant Shipping : Porter / Dunzo / Swiggy for instant delivery at additional cost within Bangalore which will be arranged in 24-30 hours considering working hours.

Designer Saree Blouses : These blouses are tailor made upon the order being placed. The product will typically delivered in 15-20 working days. The timeline can be exceeded depending upon the workload. Express shipping, returns or exchanges is not applicable for this service.
Pre-Orders: Some sold out collections that can be recreated is taken as a pre order and mentioned in the description of the product. The delivery timeline for such orders is typically 30-45 working days. It can exceed depending on the time taken for making of the sarees. Express shipping will not be applicable on such orders and we request for you to keep buffer timelines while placing a pre order.
Additional Services : Extra 2-3 days are taken to process an order with additional services.
Shipping Carrier: We use trusted and reputable shipping carriers such as Delhivery and DTDC.
International Shipping
Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for international orders are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination country. You will be able to view the shipping charges in your shopping cart before completing your order.
Delivery Timeframe: International orders typically take 10-15 business days for delivery, but may take longer depending on customs clearance and other factors.
Shipping Carrier: We use international shipping carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS etc..
Customs and Duties: Please note that international customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees levied by their country. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates.
Tracking and Delivery
Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You will receive an SMS when the parcel is out for delivery on the number provided.
Delivery Attempts: Our shipping carriers will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us. For reshipment of the returned parcel, the shipping charges should be borne by the customer.
Liability
Nalme Saree Studio is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company and only guarantees to escalate the issue with the concerned company and request to expedite the delivery.
